Recent thefts and break-ins throughout the entire area have law enforcement officials concerned and asking for your help.  All too often law enforcement finds that residents leave their cars and houses unlocked with valuable items in plain view.  Although criminals will often force their entry to cars and houses; leaving them unlocked only makes it easier.

We are asking that everyone make it a common practice to secure your home and your vehicle, especially at night.  Criminals in the area are not only taking items from vehicles but they are also gaining entry into houses with no regard as to whether you are at home or away.

Please take the extra step to protect you and your family and remember, lock it or lose it.
